Job Description:
The primary focus of the Account Coordinator is to support the Coordinator team with daily tasks and deliverables on multiple projects. You will report directly to the Lead Account Coordinator, but will work closely with other Coordinator team members.

Professional Experience:
1 – 2 years of experience in Advertising, Marketing or Public Relations. College degree preferred in related field(s). Knowledge of how to communicate with multiple personalities for fast paced projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Well organized, able to handle multiple tasks at once.
Proficiency in software skills such as Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook a plus.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Project Management: Internal liaison on various projects including: Mark up client revisions and review updated layouts by designers to confirm changes happened correctly. Working with multiple teams to gather necessary information for projects & requesting translations. Proof all artwork for accuracy. Create job numbers & write estimate. Write Work Order Request Forms (WORF) that is the official communication piece between the coordinator and the designer with all pertinent project details. Deliver completed mockups to clients.
Archiving: Filing various emails on server, and proof checklists & plot archiving.
Approval Process: Hang plots up & obtain required signatures. Assist with printing proof checklists, UPC codes & previous revision summaries.
Internal communication: Focusing on multiple steps for packages kickoffs with the designer until first external review.
Hours and Environment
Your basic working hours will be between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, although you may be required to work longer if you have deadlines to meet. Location: Anderson, South Carolina
